Friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome.
The hotel is overpriced, especially with hidden fees. I was promised a king room, but instead was given a double queen that didn’t meet our needs. The outdated decor and cramped breakfast area were disappointing and not what I expected from Hampton Inn.

the hampton inn in gainesville was simply underwhelming. I was absolutely disgusted to discover the pool closed without any notice. I expected at least, a free upgrade to a better room, but that clearly didn’t happen. rooms felt dated and inadequate. I almost left a nice review, but just couldn’t ignore these glaring issues.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was clean, and the staff were super friendly. We visited the Quinlan Visual Arts Center and the Interactive Neighborhood for Kids nearby, which was fun. The breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. Check-in was easy with the Hilton app, too.
The location did get a bit noisy at night since it's close to the road, which made it challenging to sleep initially.
